• Appointments will be made at least five days in advance and secured with credit card.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to avoid 30% cancellation fee. 

  • We reserve the right to take pictures to document and showcase our work.

  • In-home assessments are conducted in each home before taking on new clients.

  • Interested in recurring service? New clients should expect the first cleaning to cost a little more so that we can bring the home up to our standards. This ensures we maintain our high quality and your deep satisfaction. 

  • Our cleaner MUST be able to access your home if no one is there. We understand that mishaps happen. However, there will be a $50 lockout fee if cleaner cannot get into home after 30 minutes. After three lockouts, the full price of the cleaning will be charged.

  • Home must have running water, functioning faucets, sufficient lighting and appropriate heating/cooling in all areas of the home to be cleaned. We furnish all tools and supplies. It is your responsibility to ensure your home is equipped with these basic necessities. In the event utilities are out, our cleaner will give her best effort and you will be charged full price. We will not require our cleaners to clean any home in extreme cold or heat. If home does not have appropriate heating/cooling upon arrival, cleaners are instructed to leave. You will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. 

  • Please have adequate parking for the cleaner. If parking is resident-only, you must furnish a parking pass for the cleaner. We do not place our cleaners at risk of getting parking tickets. Without parking pass, cleaner cannot stay to complete the job, and you will be charged the $50 lockout fee. If parking is paid/valet only, you must pay/reimburse the valet fee or have parking validated. 

  •  We guarantee our service. If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will come back and re-clean the problem area as long as it was a part of the service you ordered.
