We pour lots of time, funds, and resources into training our employees to be the best of the best for ALL of our clients. First Stream Cleaning Service clients may not solicit our employees or former employees to be contracted or employed by you or your affiliates for services of any kind. If you would like to hire/contract one of our employees to work independently for you or your affiliates, you may submit your request by informing our office in writing. If First Stream Cleaning Service approves your request, you will be required to pay a $3,500 referral fee before our employee is released to work independently for you. 

Please be advised that should there be a breech of this agreement this will result in litigation being initiated to recover damages suffered by
 First Stream Cleaning Service,and the client will be responsible for all legal costs and expenses, including  First Stream Cleaning Service's attorney fees. 


I have read the foregoing and acknowledge and agree that I will not solicit First Stream Cleaning Service employees or former employees to work for myself or any of my affiliates apart from working for First Stream Cleaning Service


Please type your full name. This will serve as your electronic signature and acknowledgement and agreement of First Stream Cleaning Service's Employee Non-Solicitation Agreement. 


We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel, reschedule or change your cleaning appointment. We ask that you give us 48 business hours advance notice to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment. Due to the high demand for our services, if you cancel, reschedule or change your appointment within less than 48 business hours of your scheduled appointment, you will incur a 30% cancellation fee per scheduled cleaning consultant.

**Any appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 business hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the appointment will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee.

**If a First Stream home attendant arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to the home within 15 minutes of arrival, the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cleaning.


First Stream Cleaning Service only accepts payment via credit card. We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The client has authorized First Stream Cleaning Service to bill services as follows:

deep cleans/move-in/out- 30% deposit upon booking and balance upon completion

standard cleans- one day prior to the cleaning appointment on the credit card that has been provided by the client.


The client understands that all credit card payments are processed according to the terms above. Should First Stream Cleaning Service not be able to process a client's credit card payment, the client has 24 hours or until day of appointment (whichever comes first) to resolve this, or client’s account will be subject to a $15.00 late payment fee. Should a client fail to make the required payment within 30 days, his or her account will be referred to a collection agency. Clients will be held responsible for ALL collection and legal fees.


First Stream Cleaning Service home attendants arrive equipped with basic cleaning products manufactured by eco-friendly, socially responsible companies. We require that you have basic cleaning tools in your home such as a broom and dustpan, a toilet bowl brush, a step stool, and garbage bags. We can provide a vacuum cleaner. However, if you have concerns about allergens, you may want to provide your own, as no company cleans their vacuums between homes, and we are no exception. First Stream Cleaning Service can supply the above tools (with the exception of a vacuum cleaner) for an additional fee. Please let us know when you book your appointment if we will need to supply you with any such tools. In addition, please be aware that if proper cleaning tools are not provided or if the cleaning tools provided are not quality tools, they may affect the quality of the job performed and the time it takes to complete the job.


Home must have running water, functioning faucets, sufficient lighting and appropriate heating/cooling in all areas of the home to be cleaned. We furnish all tools and supplies. It is your responsibility to ensure your home is equipped with these basic necessities. In the event utilities are out, our cleaner will give her best effort and you will be charged full price. We will not require our cleaners to clean any home in extreme cold or heat. If home does not have appropriate utilities upon arrival, cleaners are instructed to leave. You will be charged the full amount of the cleaning. 


At First Stream Cleaning Service our goal is to make your experience the most pleasant and hassle free one. To avoid any unnecessary phone calls during your cleaning, please list where we can find the following required tools (vacuum cleaner, broom, dust pan, mop, bucket, toilet brush, etc). We understand that these tools may not always be in obvious locations so any detailed location information is greatly appreciated.


Please inform us of any special instructions you may want to add to your cleaning appointment. Additionally if you have any items in your home that have special cleaning instructions please indicate these details below.  Please feel free to be as detailed as possible.


At First Stream Cleaning Service our cleanings require our home attendants to touch or move many items in your home. As we do not take responsibility for items damaged prior to our cleaning, please list any items that are delicate or previously damaged. Our consultants will not clean these items. If no items are listed below we will assume that there are no delicate or damaged items in your home. 


While we make every effort not to break items, accidents may happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request that all irreplaceable items, whether monetarily or sentimentally valued, are not cleaned by our staff. FSCS must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.


We understand that most clients would prefer to have the same home attendant consistently clean their home. It is our goal to provide you with consistency. First Stream Cleaning Service will try to provide you with a regularly scheduled home attendant. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the same home attendant. We reserve the right to change home attendants at any time. Should we have to change your home attendant, we will notify you via email. To ensure that any home attendant changes result in a smooth transition, in most cases we will have a quality control supervisor oversee your first appointment change. In the event we have to temporarily or permanently change your regularly scheduled home attendant, how would you like to be notified?



We proudly stand behind our work. Should you have any comments regarding your cleaning, please call us within 24 hours after the end of your cleaning appointment. If there are areas that you feel we have overlooked, we ask that you do not clean those areas yourself, as we will have someone report to your home within 24 hours to re-clean the areas of concern. While we are unable to issue refunds, if necessary, we are happy to re-clean any areas of concern.


I have read, agree to and fully understand all terms included in the First Stream Cleaning Service Agreement. I also authorize First Stream to process my payment for services using the credit card that I have provided. I understand my payment will be processed one day prior to my scheduled cleaning.
